Volunteer

Leadership Kaufman County Class raising awareness and funds for us at the Terrell Jubilee.

To reach a lost and hurting world, we need you.  There are many volunteer opportunities that arise at Still Waters.  If you have felt God leading you to get involved, we would love to have you as part of our team.

Our volunteer opportunities change based on what is going on within the ministry; however, here are a few ways you can serve at Still Waters:

Client Advocate

These volunteers are in direct contact with the young women and men who turn to Still Waters for help.  We provide extensive training to equip our Client Advocates to effectively serve our clients.

Church Liaison
These volunteers are the face of Still Waters at their home church.  Church Liaisons make announcements at their church, keep their Pastor informed of events and happenings, arrange for bulletin announcements from time to time, etc.

Clerical / Special Projects
These volunteers provide help at the center.  They help with mailings, various clerical duties, stocking/organizing our supply areas as well as special projects.

Fundraising Team
These volunteers help raise funds for the operations of Still Waters.  This group has a fun time putting together two fundraisers a year.

General Training is provided for all volunteers.  Those who work directly with clients are required to attend additional training that is provided.  If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please contact us at 972-932-4357 or info@stillwatersps23.com.
